'Environmental WhatsApp Chat Box' has been introduced for the first time in Pakistan.
According to details, the WhatsApp chat box, developed on the instructions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, will answer citizens' questions.
The chat box, developed using cutting-edge technology, will answer every question citizens have about the environment, as well as provide advice on health safety.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister of Punjab congratulated the entire team for launching Pakistan's first 'Environment WhatsApp Chat Box'.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that modern technology is a gift to improve the lives of citizens and the environment. Environmental friendliness is actually philanthropy, every citizen is a participant in improving the quality of human life.
Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb said that citizens will be able to stay informed about the air quality around them, the latest information about the environment and precautionary measures. The AI-powered chat box will keep citizens constantly informed about 'AQI'.
He said that citizens can avail the facility of WhatsApp chat box on number 03041373000. The WhatsApp chat box will provide citizens with news on weather and smog conditions and citizens will be able to stay safe from weather conditions by getting advance information before leaving home.
Maryam Aurangzeb said that Punjab is the first and only province in the country where modern technology is being used to improve environmental friendliness and air quality. The Punjab government has already introduced modern environmentally friendly machinery, while the government has already established a modern weather and smog monitoring and early warning system.
