Mumbai: Popular Bollywood actor Chunky Pandey has expanded his acting horizons in recent years, specializing in playing negative and dark roles.
In an exclusive interview, he made interesting revelations about his terrifying role in the film Begum Jaan (2017).
Chunky Pandey said, "This role was a new turn in my life. People always saw me as a comedian, but my negative role in Begum Jaan was quite dangerous and scary."
Chunky revealed that the role also affected his personal life. According to him, his wife Bhavana Pandey became so scared that she refused to sleep in the same room with him.
He laughed and said, "Bhavna used to say, 'I think you'll strangle me at night.' This character was really scary."
Chunky Pandey also said that this film showcased his talents in a new way and proved that he is not limited to comedy acting.
Talking about his future plans, he said, "In my new film, you will see me in another different role, which will surprise the audience."
