The Sultan of Johor Hockey Cup begins tomorrow in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Players up to the age of 21 will participate in this event. The Pakistan junior team will play its opening match against hosts Malaysia tomorrow.
The national junior team held a full practice session at the Johor Bahru Hockey Stadium. Under the supervision of head coach Kamran Ashraf, efforts were made to improve their game through various drills.
Pakistan will play their second match against England on Sunday. After a day's rest, the Pakistan and India teams will face each other on Tuesday.
Junior hockey team captain Hanan Shahid says that after a full camp in Islamabad, they tried to improve things in the only practice session before the match.
The first match of any tournament is very important. Host Malaysia is a good team, we want to increase our confidence by winning the match against them.
