The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have welcomed the political leadership and Army Chief General Asim Munir's commitment to combating terrorism.
This is a big message for terrorists. This consensus will improve peace and order in the entire country and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. We also want the end of terrorism and the provision of a better and peaceful life to the people so that they can focus on employment.
The Army Chief's visit to Peshawar and his meeting with the provincial government gave us encouragement and positive progress towards peace. This move has put our minds at ease.
