The Lahore Sessions Court has indicted two accused in the Amir Balaj Tipu murder case.
Additional Sessions Judge Asad Hafeez heard the case. The court indicted the accused Haroon and Sohail Mahmood and summoned the witnesses for statements on February 11.
Gogi Butt, Teefi Butt and Bilawal were declared absconders and separated from the case. A case has been registered against the accused by the Chohang police station. It should be noted that on February 19, 2024, Tipu Truckan Wala's son Amir Balaj Tipu was killed and 2 people were injured in a firing incident at a wedding ceremony on Lahore-Multan Road. The attacker Muzaffar Hussain was also killed on the spot by the gunmen of Amir Balaj Tipu. Amir Balaj was shot while leaving the wedding ceremony. At the time of the attack, people were busy taking selfies with Amir Balaj.
