Troubled after father's death, Manchester United legend footballer decides to retire

The former footballer who represented Manchester United football club has decided to retire.


According to the British Broadcasting Corporation, winger Nani confirmed her decision to retire while saying that she will continue her efforts for the future.

Previously, Nani joined her hometown club in the summer and called it her biggest achievement.

"I have already started thinking about retirement, but one thing is clear: I love this game to the point of madness," Nani said.

He said that it is an honor for me to play for Portugal, which has brought joy to many people's faces. In the last few months, there have been many changes in my life, my father passed away, after which I decided to retire.

He said that he had a difficult time because his father was in the hospital and he wanted him to be with us forever, but that was not possible.

Nani joined Manchester United in June 2007 while representing Portugal and went on to make 230 appearances for the club, scoring 41 goals.
