Peshawar:

PTI leader Shibli Faraz has said that whatever the decision in the case against Imran Khan (Al-Qadir Trust case), negotiations will continue.

Speaking to media representatives during her appearance in the Peshawar High Court, Shibli Faraz said that Pakistan has been gripped by political instability, a situation that is proving to be extremely detrimental to the country's development.

Senator Shibli Faraz said that impartial investigations into incidents like May 9 and November 26 are necessary so that those responsible can be identified and no one can point fingers. Talking about the current political situation, he said that never before in the history of the country have so many arrests been made. He himself is present in court today to appear in a case. He said that all the cases that have been made against him are political in nature and baseless, which the courts will soon dismiss.

He said that the elections conducted by the Election Commission in 2024 were the worst elections in history. Countries that conducted transparent elections are on the path of development, but transparent elections have never been held in Pakistan, which is the root of the current problems.

Shibli Farz also expressed concern about the future of the youth and said that in the midst of political uncertainty, the youth are unable to see their future.

He criticized the government and said that the government is ruling behind the scenes of May 9. He said that whatever the decision of the Al-Qadir Trust case is, the negotiations will continue. 190 million pounds did not go to Imran Khan, but this money went to the government.

Shibli Faraz, while emphasizing the equality of the law, said that we opposed the 26th Amendment because the law should not be to benefit or harm anyone. Similarly, everyone should retire on the retirement date. In response to a question regarding the NRO, he said that if it was necessary to demand it, he would have demanded it earlier, but now there is no need for it.
