A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court Justice Alia Neelam heard Imran Khan's bail application in 8 cases. The court issued a notice to the police on the application and sought a response.
The founder of PTI has filed the petitions through his lawyer Salman Safdar. The petition has taken the position that the ATC rejected the bails contrary to the facts. The court should order the granting of bails in 8 cases.
