Peshawar:

Due to a drop in Sui Gas pressure in Peshawar, a ban was imposed on the opening of CNG stations under Section 144. CNG stations will remain closed until January 19.

According to a statement issued by the Deputy Commissioner Peshawar, domestic consumers are facing difficulties due to the decrease in Sui gas pressure. A ban has been imposed on CNG stations in the city to supply Sui gas to domestic consumers.

Under Section 144, there will be a ban on opening CNG stations and CNG stations will remain closed until January 19, and legal action will be taken against violators.

On the other hand, due to the closure of CNG stations, rickshaw drivers have started using cylinder gas, which has led to an increase in rickshaw fares.

The closure of the CNG station also reduced the rush of CNG-powered vehicles in the city.
