Israel releases list of 95 Palestinian prisoners released under ceasefire agreement

Israel has released a list of 95 Palestinian prisoners, the majority of whom are women, released under a ceasefire agreement.

The list includes 69 women, 16 men and 10 minors, according to the French news agency. The youngest prisoner on the list is 16 years old, according to the ministry, and these prisoners will be released from Sunday in exchange for Israeli hostages.

According to a report by the Israeli daily Haaretz, the list also includes Palestinian MP and lawmaker Khaleda Jarrar, who was arrested at the beginning of the war and has been detained without trial since then.

Earlier, Israel's security cabinet and government had approved a ceasefire and hostage release agreement.
