England's World Cup-winning player James Vince has resigned as Hampshire captain and moved to Dubai after an attack on his home.
According to sources, although James Vince will not participate in the 2025 English Domestic First-Class County Championship or the red-ball season, he will continue to play the limited-overs format and captain Hampshire in the T20 Blast.
James Vince, who was part of the 2019 World Cup-winning England team, has had his home near his Hampshire headquarters attacked twice in the past year.
