A humane incident occurred in Punjab, where a blind woman was sexually assaulted for several months under the pretext of helping him and was also asked to beg, while the accused is still at large.
The woman said in her statement that the accused sexually abused her for several months under the pretext of helping her. The accused lured her to Lahore, where he not only sexually abused her but also forced her to beg and devoured her earnings.
The woman said that the accused also got her a divorce from her ex-husband by falsely claiming marriage, and later snatched away her gold ornaments and cash. After continuous oppression, the blind woman somehow escaped from the clutches of the accused and returned to her area, B Plot.
The victim says that the accused also threatened to kill her when she started the action. The woman contacted the media for justice, upon which the police immediately took action and registered a case.
The blind woman has appealed to senior police officials and the Chief Minister of Punjab to provide her with justice and to immediately arrest the accused and give him an exemplary punishment.
