6.8 kg of ice hidden in ladies' clothes was recovered from a parcel sent to New Zealand through a courier office in Quetta.
According to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), 8 suspects were arrested in various operations and drugs worth over Rs 38.4 million were recovered. 90 kg of hashish and 50 kg of ice were recovered from an uninhabited area of Pasni area of Balochistan.
116 grams of weed was recovered from two parcels sent from the UK at a courier office in Rawalpindi, while one kilogram of hashish was recovered from two suspects near the university on the service road. 5 kg of ice, 1.2 kg of hashish and 500 grams of heroin were recovered from a suspect near the M-1 Motorway, Islamabad. 4.8 kg of opium was recovered from a vehicle near the Chenab Toll Plaza GT Road, Gujrat and two suspects were arrested. 1.1 kg of heroin and 1 kg of ice were recovered from a suspect near the Turkish Toll Plaza, Jhelum.
The accused was arrested after 9.6 kg of hashish was recovered from a hotel in Sohrab Goth, Karachi, while 2 kg of hashish and 1.5 kg of ice were recovered from a petrol pump in Hyderabad, Jamshoro. Cases have been registered against the arrested accused under the Narcotics Control Act and investigations are underway.
