According to the court decision, Al-Qadir Trust University is confiscated by the government. Al-Qadir University is placed under the custody of the federal government.

The accountability court wrote in its verdict that the defense lawyers in the 190 million pounds reference could not refute the prosecution's evidence. The prosecution's case was based on documentary evidence that was proven to be correct. The prosecution presented solid, authentic, coherent, undeniable, reliable, and dependable evidence.

According to the verdict, even the lengthy cross-examination of several witnesses, including the investigating officer, could not sway him. Their testimonies were consistent and coherent. Islamabad:

PTI strongly condemned the conviction of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the 190 million pound reference and announced that it would challenge the decision in the higher court.

Omar Ayub

Opposition Leader Omar Ayub, while talking to the media, said that today is a black day in the judicial history of Pakistan. Money came to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. What is the connection between Bushra Bibi and the founder of PTI with this money?

Omar Ayub said that the question should have been asked to Hassan Nawaz as to how he took this money out, we will challenge this decision in the higher court.

Barrister Gohar Khan

Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar said that today the judge has pronounced the verdict in the Al-Qadir University Trust case, adding another verdict to the controversial decisions in Pakistan's history.

He said that when the judge announced the verdict, Khan Sahib smiled and said that such decisions are rewarded, this is a decision from which Khan Sahib did not benefit, a woman who is a trustee of a welfare organization was sentenced, neither is Khan Sahib disappointed nor will we be disappointed.

Barrister Gohar said that the message of the founder of PTI is that do not despair, everything will be fine. We will go to the High Court against this sentence in a few days. Political cases have been filed against the founder of PTI. He who tried for justice for 27 years did not get justice, but now there will be justice and justice will be done.

Barrister Gohar Khan said that Khan Sahib has said that the negotiation process will continue, we will wait for the time requested by the government, Khan Sahib is determined and this sentence will also end, the founder of PTI used to say that keep an eye on the lower courts, people do not get justice from here, if there is no positive response from the government, there will be no fourth round of negotiations.

Shibli Faraz

PTI leader Shibli Faraz said that neither the founder PTI nor Bushra Bibi benefited from this case. Both of them are being punished for the fact that they founded Al-Qadir University where the Seerat Nabawi (PBUH) was to be taught.

Shibli Faraz said that those who kept looting this country are outside and those who were sincere to this country are in jail. We strongly condemn this decision. Our leader is steadfast. These are all political cases. We want the rule of law and the constitution.

Mahmood Khan Achakzai

Mahmood Khan Achakzai, head of the Movement for the Protection of the Constitution, said in his response to the sentencing of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi that the more we condemn today's decision, the less it is. We completely reject this decision. We will go to every forum against this decision.

He said that 36 parties gathered in London, the founder of PTI was among them, and it was decided that the constitution and law would prevail in Pakistan.

Mahmood Achakzai said that even today, if the founder of PTI says, "Leave me alone, I will not say anything to the government," he will be thrown out. We do not want such a release. We will win this war with the power of the people. We are believers of Allah and bow our heads before Allah. We will call a three-day conference for the supremacy of the constitution.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas said that Pakistan is in crisis and our rulers are playing the worst game, disappointing the people of Pakistan. This decision is a murder of justice which has trampled the law.

He said that judges who make decisions against the law are not qualified to be judges. The people of Pakistan reject this decision. The tyrants will ultimately be defeated.

Sahibzada Hamid Raza

Sahibzada Hamid Raza said that today's decision was already known to the government touts, today's decision is a disgrace for the judge who pronounced it, the founder of PTI said that whatever they do, this decision will only bring humiliation, the founder of PTI's fault is that he did not bow his head, the founder of PTI will come out of jail with a clean slate.

Zartaj Gul

PTI Member of National Assembly Zartaj Gul said that the founders will do so many atrocities to bend the PTI. The founders cannot intimidate or bend the PTI. Bushra Bibi is also dragged into every case.

He said that we stand with the founder PTI and we will go to every court for justice, the founder PTI will come out of Adiala Jail through a high door, the founder PTI will come out without any deal, we will not leave the side of the founder PTI and the founder PTI will not leave the side of Pakistan.

Shoaib Shaheen

PTI lawyer leader Shoaib Shaheen, speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, said that the way the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi have been punished is unconstitutional and illegal. This is the first case in Pakistan in which it has been said that there was no bribery and no one received money.

He said that today people are being taken from their homes to prolong the dictatorship, today the justice system is being murdered, these sentences are the same as those that some journalists are already being told, the sentences that were announced by the journalists are the same sentences that were given, any judge or government official who supports them is being rewarded.

Salman Safdar

Lawyer Salman Safdar said that we have never received good news from Adiala. A welfare institution where students study is not a ghost institution that the government has closed today. This welfare institution should not be closed. I am hopeful that it will not be closed. We will go to the High Court.

He said that it has been a month since the case ended. When the trial took place, Judge J did not have time but was not announcing the verdict. It is surprising that the lawyers or Bushra Bibi and the founder of PTI were not aware of this verdict. A few journalists were aware of this verdict and the same verdict was reached. We will make this part of our appeal as to how the journalists knew about it earlier.

Salman Safdar said that after searching Shaukat Khanum Hospital and finding nothing, he turned to the Al-Qadir Trust. Six of the eight accused named in this case did not come forward. It is customary in Pakistan that money goes out of the country, but in this case, the money came from outside.

He said that the government admits that Bushra Imran or the founder of PTI did not take any financial benefit. Punishment is only made when there was no misuse of authority where corruption occurred. Cases were also registered against the sisters of the founder of PTI, which are only political cases. Now the government should stop insisting that this husband and wife are accused. This is the last case from which we will be acquitted.
