The Islamabad High Court suspended the December 26 notification placing Sardar Latif Khosa’s name on the Passport Control List until the next hearing.
High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani issued a written decision. Sardar Latif Khosa was allowed to travel abroad from January 10 to January 24 today.
The written decision states that the Home Secretary should ensure that Sardar Latif Khosa is not prevented from going abroad. The Home Secretary should also inform the NAB, FIA, police and immigration authorities about the court order.

The court said in a written decision that Sardar Latif Khosa presented a ticket stating that he wanted to go to Canada from January 10 to January 24. Latif Khosa should also submit a brief to the High Court and the Anti-Terrorism Court.
The court adjourned the further hearing of the case until February 6.
