Renowned Indian Punjabi singer and actor Rajveer Jawanda died after being seriously injured in a traffic accident.
According to Indian media, 35-year-old Rajveer was on his way to Shimla on September 27 when his motorcycle went out of control after cattle suddenly came onto the road in the Badi area. In the accident, he suffered serious head and spinal injuries and was rushed to the hospital in an unconscious state.
According to hospital authorities, Rajveer was kept in the intensive care unit of a private hospital in Mohali after the accident, where he remained on a ventilator for eleven days, but despite all the efforts of the medical staff, he could not survive.
