Terrorists attacked the DI Khan police training center and entered. Security forces reached the spot and surrounded the center, after which 3 terrorists were killed in a shootout.
DPO Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada said that terrorists attacked the Police Training School Dera with heavy weapons, but police forces and security forces also reached the spot, while in retaliation, 3 terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij were killed.
They said that the terrorists rammed a suicide car into the main gate of the police training center and the three terrorists who entered the center were killed in the encounter.
The DPO said that a police officer was injured in the attackers' firing, while a clearance operation is underway at the center.
According to Express News, during the attack on the police training center, loud explosions were heard, shaking the walls of houses. The sounds were heard far and wide. Police rushed to the scene.
According to the concerned SHO, terrorists attacked the Police Training School, ten kilometers from Dera Ismail Khan and two kilometers from Saddar Police Station. Three rocket launchers were fired at the Police Training School.
According to the police spokesperson, DPO Dera, SPCTD and SDPOs of all circulars reached the spot. The terrorists entered the Police Training Center through the main gate and are present in the center. The encounter between the police personnel and the terrorists is ongoing. Security forces have also reached the spot.

SSG troops from the Chahkan FC Fort were also immediately summoned to the Police Training Center.
