Afghanistan's Taliban government, in a display of traditional stubbornness, refused to attend a conference on girls' education in Islamabad.

Recently, a global conference on girls' education was held in Pakistan. Neighboring Afghanistan was also invited to participate in the conference. As usual, the Taliban government, showing stubbornness, refused to participate. International human rights organizations have repeatedly supported Afghan women.

Pakistani human rights activist Farzana Bari said that there is complete gender racism in Afghanistan. Women's rights are being completely violated under the Taliban regime. I salute Afghan women for standing up for themselves despite state aggression and oppression. Afghan women continue to face health problems because the Afghan government does not consider the health of Afghan women as its priority.

Human rights activist Benish Javed said that being a girl has become a crime in Afghanistan. The Taliban government has issued orders to close the windows of the houses where women are living.

The Taliban government has always justified these heinous crimes in the name of religion. The Afghan Taliban have banned women from education as well as employment. The Taliban government, which claims to be an Islamic system, is constantly involved in serious human rights violations.
