Lahore:
Four suspects involved in the gang rape of an 18-year-old girl in Kahna have been arrested.
Chairperson of the Punjab Women Protection Authority, Hina Pervez Butt, went to the victim’s house and met her family to convey the Chief Minister’s message.
Hina Pervez Butt said that the Punjab government will provide full legal, medical and psychological support to the victim girl. Incidents of rape against women are intolerable.
Hina Pervez Butt said that bringing the brutal elements to justice is the top priority of the Punjab government, and a safe Punjab for women is our mission.
