Former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has given his post-boxing life a new direction and surprised fans by purchasing a stunning $13 million estate in Delray Beach, Florida.

The purchase came two months after the high-profile bout against Jake Paul, which was the final fight of Mike Tyson's professional boxing career.

The competition, which took place on November 15, attracted fans from around the world, with 80,000 people watching the match in stadiums and 60 million people enjoying it live on Netflix.

Although Mike Tyson suffered a unanimous decision defeat against Jake Paul, he called it his personal victory.

"It was one of those moments when you win even after losing. I beat my health issues and fought a younger fighter in front of my kids, which is the biggest achievement for me," Tyson said on social media.

The property, purchased on January 8, spans 12,000 square feet, including six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private lake, an 80-foot pool and spa. There is also a full gym, a four-car garage, and expansive grounds that provide complete privacy.

Tyson's wife, Lakia "KiKi" Tyson, is also named in the property's deed, reflecting their long-standing partnership.

Mike Tyson's fight against Jake Paul was not only the final fight of his career, but also the first major boxing event to be broadcast live on Netflix. Tyson earned $20 million from the fight.
